- four separate bedrooms: two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with double bed and one with a bunk bed) and two bedrooms on the attic floor (one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds);
- two bathrooms with shower and hot water (one located on the ground floor and the other on the attic floor);
